Elden Ring is by far From Software’s biggest game. Its world is so vast that the developer has added an in-game map to help orient you in The Lands Between. But other than highlighting the areas you’ve already discovered, it doesn’t contain much detail. Even after wandering around for hours, there are still plenty of items and areas you can miss in this sprawling place filled with peril.
Thanks to this interactive map Elden Ring (opens in a new tab) by Mapgenie (via PC Gamer (opens in a new tab)), you can now experience everything the game has to offer. It helpfully identifies everything from locations, including Grace Sites and Dungeons, to items and materials such as Swordstone Keys and Smithing Stones. The map also shows where to find weapons and Ashes of War to strengthen your build, as well as the locations of NPCs and enemies. You can turn off aspects you don’t want to see, and there’s a search bar that lets you instantly find what you’re looking for.
Be warned that as this map contains information on all objects and inhabitants of Elden Ring, it is somewhat of a spoiler. If you prefer to figure things out on your own, it’s probably best to avoid it.
Detailing the locations of everything in Elden Ring is no small feat, and the map is currently labeled as a ‘work in progress’, so some detail may still be missing, especially in later areas of the game. From the Elden Ring map, Mapgenie offers a host of other interactive maps for some of the game’s biggest new releases, including Horizon Forbidden West and Dying Light 2.
