On Sunday afternoon, the Green Bay Packers will play one of their most critical games of the year as part of the NFC playoff standings. After losing against the Minnesota Vikings last week Green Bay fell to 8-3 and came out of first place in the conference, but they have a shot at a massive conference victory today.
The The Los Angeles Rams, one of the other top contenders in the NFC, heads to Lambeau Field today for one of the NFL’s biggest games this week and possibly this season. The Packers, however, face a massive batch of injuries from the top to the bottom of the roster, with seemingly a Pro Bowl– caliber player suffering from a serious injury on a weekly basis.
Fortunately, Green Bay appears to be bringing back a few players in time for Sunday afternoon. Rashan Gary, Aaron Jones and Allen Lazard are all questionable after missing last week’s game, but they should all play. That would be a huge advantage for a team that needs to put pressure on Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford and for a team that needs to be able to throw the ball against a talented Los Angeles defense.
