It’s been teased for months and now Tayto Park’s Viking Flume Ride is finally here…and everyone agrees it’s awesome.
the 8 million euros Viking Flume Ride took nearly a year to prepare at Ashbourne Park in County Meath.
Ireland’s largest water ride, it stands 60 feet tall and can accommodate 720 passengers per hour.
Experts from Sweden – the home of the Vikings – and contractors who have worked on rides at Disneyland and Game Of Thrones were brought in to design the attraction.
But enough of all that… is it good? Early reviews say YES! But be careful, you will get wet.
New ride to @taytopark is fantastic; really raises the bar for theming in this country. Can’t wait to see what they build next! pic.twitter.com/tDtyZJlp9j
